Our clients operate in a wide variety of sectors: supermarkets and mass retailing, distribution centers, fruit and vegetables industry, frozen food industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, wineries.
These results are possible due to the TeleGest system, which enables constant monitoring by Frigoveneta Service's internal engineers, each specializing in a specific area: mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science.
In addition to the core made up of the Engineers of the Remote Monitoring Centre, Frigoveneta Service avails of an internal team of refrigeration specialists, as well as carefully selected collaborators trained throughout Italy and abroad: in this way, both online and on-site service operations are always prompt and professional, 24h/day, all year round.
Frigoveneta Service and all engineers are certified in accordance with Regulation (EC) 303/2008, P. Decree no. 43 of January 27, 2012 and the Technical Regulations Accredia-RT29.
Customised assistance
The follow-up of an installation requires specialised experts and should be organised according to the different needs and the business of the customer.
Regardless of the type, the "agreement" formula allows each customer to know in advance the budget to be allocated to technical assistance and maintenance, as well as having a technical partner for every need.
Thanks to the dedicated email and direct telephone number, each customer can contact the engineers according to a priority criteria.
Online agreement
For those who want to carry out specialised follow-up using the remote monitoring system, but intend to entrust on-site service to engineers of their choice or have an internal service specialist. You can also entrust bureaucratic and regulatory obligations to Frigoveneta Service.

Full agreement
In addition to what is provided for in the plus online agreement, it includes service in the event of failure. This solution allows you to reduce the incidence of failure, operate keeping an eye on prevention and always have the best system setup to reduce energy consumption. Controlling the entire maintenance of the equipment allows our engineers to promptly identify any structural problems or repetitive problems and to refer to the customer the different technical solutions available.
