How it works:
The refrigeration utilities are connected to the local supervision terminal at the customer’s site from where the entire system can be monitored and the parameters adjusted. The Modbus protocol was chosen as the communication system between the utilities because it is simple and reliable, in addition to being an open system and easy to maintain.
Guaranteed compatibility
TeleGest communicates with all major hardware manufacturers for the control of refrigeration utilities. It can also be integrated with all Frigoveneta systems, such as UniGest and UniCalor.

ACCESS LEVELS
Access to the TeleGest functions is divided into different hierarchical levels based on usage permission.
QUICK ACCESS
The local supervisor only sends compressed data that takes up very little bandwidth: data access is fast.
MULTIPLE ACCESS
The service centre and customer can be logged in at the same time.
SECURITY
All the connected systems (currently about 3,500) continuously send data that is collected and stored on dedicated servers.
COMPATIBILITY
The system can be integrated with UniCalor and UniGest.

Would you like to view your systems remotely using TeleGest? You have several options:
SPECIAL PASS KEY
Thanks to the USB security key issued by Frigoveneta, you can access local PCs and the database from any PC connected to the internet. All customers can request a USB key to connect to their own systems and the remote database services.
WEBGEST REMOTE
TeleGest can be consulted from any browser on a PC, smartphone or tablet connected to the internet. You can access the information website and all available menus using your personal login credentials.
WEBGEST APP
By downloading the WebGest app from Appstore or Playstore. You can receive personalised notifications and get even easier and faster access to the data on the TeleGest system.
